What is included, and what remains free?
The complete pack is one 16-page A4 PDF with five short sessions, paper activities, answer explanations, a return plan and optional cards. It uses English instructions, Simplified Chinese and pinyin. A younger learner may need an adult to read the instructions.
It is a one-time PDF purchase, without a subscription or a posted book. The online lessons, model audio and existing free writing sheets remain free. The PDF links to online audio; audio files are not included, so you need internet access to listen.
Printing and household use
Print on A4, or choose “Fit to page” for another paper size. You can also read on screen and write in a notebook; the PDF is not a fillable form. Handwriting is optional.
You may save and print the complete pack for your own or your household's learning. Please do not upload, resell or distribute the complete PDF. For classroom or other group use, ask us first. You are welcome to share the public free-sample link.
Download help and refunds
When checkout opens, a completed payment will return you here to verify it and download the PDF. Save a copy on your device. If payment is still processing, allow it to finish before trying the download again. Please do not pay again to fix a download problem.
If you were charged but cannot get the PDF, or the pack is faulty or does not match its description, contact us through the feedback form. Mention “My First Mandarin Week”, the purchase date and what went wrong. Add a follow-up email if you would like a reply. Do not send card details, passwords, verification codes or the full payment return link.
We will review the problem and provide an appropriate remedy where required. A digital download does not remove your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
