Recognise 人、手、足 and 口.
足 is a formal word for 脚, and 口 can mean 嘴. These character meanings help with recognition; practise everyday actions with 手 and 脚. The reading gives one child’s example, not a rule about which hand to use. You can pause after any study block and continue later.

I open my mouth and say “Hello!”
足是脚,口是嘴。
zú shì jiǎo, kǒu shì zuǐ。
Zú means foot, and kǒu means mouth.
